10. Transfer Certificate from the College/Institute last attended (Original + 3 Photo copies)
11. Candidate from (reserved category) with 45% above and below 50% require(OBC Caste Certificate along with Non- Creamy layer Certificate, mandatory) ST ,SC ,NT, etc.
